The Modern Communications Operating Model (MCOM) sets out the skills and capabilities required to deal with the combined demands of the general public, ministers and the changing Communications environment.
Details
It will provide the right skills and continual learning to deliver communications for the future, and will be led by a Director of Communications or Head of Communications focused on leadership.
